Who we are
GEO Angels runs the AI answer check at app.geoangels.io and the site geoangels.io. GEO Angels, by ShieldPrime, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002, Paris, France. Contact: contact@geoangels.io.
What we collect and why
When you visit geoangels.io. We count visits and pages viewed with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not tell us who you are.
When you run a check. The store address you enter. We then read that store's public product list and public pages, write shopping questions about it, and keep ChatGPT's answers. To limit the number of free checks per day, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, starts the check; for that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals.
When you ask for the report by email. Your email address, the check it is about, when you agreed, the campaign tags of the link you arrived from (utm parameters, if any) and the same hash of your IP address. We use your email to send you the report and to contact you about these results, as the sentence under the email field says. Links to the pages ChatGPT cited pass through app.geoangels.io, so that we know which ones are opened. Links to our own pages carry campaign tags (utm parameters). We do not sell your email or share it for anyone else's marketing.
When you join the waiting list (when free checks are paused). Your email address, the store address and the same hash, to tell you when checks restart and to contact you about your store.
When you book a call. The booking page is run by Calendly. It collects the name and email address you enter and sends us the booking, which we use only to hold the call and follow up on it.
When a GEO Angels team member signs in to the internal area with Google. Their name and email address from Google, only to check that they are on the team's list. This Google data is used for nothing else and shared with no one.
Cookies. Running a check sets no cookie of ours. Signing in to the internal area uses a session cookie. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own to tell people from bots. We use no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Check results: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Your email and your agreement: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your address marked as unsubscribed, so that we never email you again.
Who else handles it
These providers process data for us, only to run the service: Vercel (hosting and visit statistics), Supabase (database), Resend (sending emails), Calendly (booking calls), Cloudflare (Turnstile), OpenAI (it receives the questions about your store and its public product information, nothing about you) and Google (internal sign-in only). The data is stored in the United States.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it: write to contact@geoangels.io. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
